Registration process:
A student must register with the school even if they would like to do a four week trial. A fee of £10 is charged upon registration to cover admin expenses. A registration form must be completed with full personal details, required classes highlighted and parent/guardian signature if a child is under 16 years of age. A student is not permitted to join any class before a registration form has been completed and received by the principal. A copy of the form will be returned at the childs first class. Registering your child also ensures they are covered by the schools insurance should they have an accident.
A copy of the Schools Terms & Conditions must also be signed and returned to the principal, please also print a copy of this for your own record.
Students are normally registered with the school within the first four weeks of every term. Once a child has been registered with the school, one full terms notice (12weeks) is required in writing should you wish to cancel registration (unless they have opted for a four week trial, in this case please read Terms of business). Date of postmark will be taken as notice date and twelve weeks will be calculated from this date. A notice period does not include school holidays such as Easter, half terms, Summer and winter. A notice period is MADS school term time only. If a terms notice is not provided then a full terms fees will be charged, see Terms and Conditions.
The school operates Terms and Conditions to ensure there is no misunderstanding regarding prices, classes, teachers and termination of registration. Please ensure you read these conditions before signing the registration form as it then becomes a legally binding document. |
